James was fantastic. good knowledge of job at hand. we had placed an inquiry with 3 ducks for new sink mixer in kitchen to be done along with the initial job. plumber had responded to the initial job before sink mixer had been ordered, but after completing the 1st job and heading off, i expected another call out to fit new sink mixer. however he realised, before he left the property, that he had a spare new mixer unit in van, although not the brand i was after. on inspection, this was fitted and was an excellent quality substitute . really thinking about the customer. Nice one James!

Had a leak in a valve on the HWC.
Contacted Three Ducks as they recently supported the local school with installing the system for a new water tank after it had all been stolen! Great to see them helping the community and fulling deserving of getting your job done too!
